Things you'll need :
  1. A USB SD card reader
  2. Win32diskimager from here (right click link and save)
  3. A 128mb or larger SD card
Directions :
  1. Download win32diskimager and extract it somewhere you can access.
  2. Download I9003_SDBootCard.img here
  3. Run win32diskimager, and click the folder icon.
  4. Navigate to where you downloaded the .img file and select it.
  5. Click "Write" in win32diskimager and wait for the process to complete.
  6. Insert the card into phone and move on to repair procedures with ORT
Repair Procedures
  1. Download Latest Version Release from support
  2. Extract to a folder
  3. Download Repair File from support page

  4. Place it in "Phones" folder
  5. Start ORT Plus
  6. Click SCAN
  7. Go to " One Button Repair " Tab

FAQ : 
Question : As i know if this phone boot dead it block JTAG access ?
Answer : When your i9003's boot is totally Damaged / Dead OMAP3630 
will enter into sleep mode right after power up and only 
ICEPick is on the Jtag Scan Chain therefor jtag Access to the 
Cortex-A8 is disabled But if there is a Boot in the Micro SD Card 
that inserted to Phone's SD Card Slot .
OMAP3630 will boot from the SD Card And it won't 
enter sleep mode.In this case you can read write its flash by ORT
OMAP3630 was supported by ORT long ago
Question : Can i copy I9003_SDBootCard.img to SD Card Directly ? ?
Answer : No , It won't work in this way !
You can make a bootable sd card by win32diskimager by writing 
the disk image into sd card. DO NOT just copy 
I9003_SDBootCard.img to sd card nor Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V will not work.
